Strategic Plan 2024 -2027
Our Strategic Plan allows us to respond and adapt to circumstances and changes over the next three years.
It will guide the work of the three operating sub-committees:
- Executive and Finance.
- Corporate Partners and Fundraising.
- Community Partners.
The directions are broad and offer a framework for the measurable goals and objectives in the annual Action Plan.
